The problem

Moisture is what kills the building. Foam stops the moisture.

A roof deck that sweats. A water line that freezes every cold snap. Mice in the walls and condensation dripping off the steel. It all comes back to air and moisture moving where they should not.

Closed-cell spray foam seals it in one pass. It bonds to steel, it does not absorb water, and it gives rodents nothing to nest in.

The foam absorbs only 1.6 percent water by volume, so moisture has nowhere to sit and nothing to rot.

How it works

Three steps. No runaround.

1

Book your free building assessment.

We come out, measure everything, and check your rebate eligibility. You keep a written checklist either way.

2

We give you a firm price on site.

Before we leave, you have the number. The price we hand you is the price on the invoice. No surprises.

3

We show up on schedule.

We do the job right and we never hold up another trade.

Straight talk

When not to hire us.

We will tell you straight when spray foam is not the right call. A single room of foam in a batt and poly house will not give you the airtightness benefit. The air just finds the next gap. When a smaller job makes more sense we will say so. That is the whole point of the free building assessment.

Frequently asked questions

What does the free building assessment include?
We come out, measure every space, and write it all down. You get a full on-site measurement of your building, a written assessment report, and a contractor comparison checklist you keep. Then a firm written price. The number we give you on site is the number on the invoice. When the job goes ahead you get a one year workmanship warranty. No phone quotes and no driveway estimates.
Is spray foam safe to have in my building?
Yes. We use Genyk Boreal Nature Elite. It is GREENGUARD Gold certified, tested for low chemical emissions, and safe for indoor air. Once it cures it is inert. It does not off-gas, it does not feed mould, and it gives mice nothing to nest in. It carries a Class 1 fire rating and a radon barrier is built right in.
Will spray foam actually lower my heating bill?
Most customers see a 25 to 40 percent reduction in their monthly heating and cooling costs after we seal the building properly. Most of that comes from the air seal, not just the R-value. The drafty space stops being drafty and the furnace stops running as often.
Are there rebates, and can you help me get them?
Often, yes. We are HPCN certified, so we can register your project for rebate programs most contractors never mention. We check what your project qualifies for during the assessment, before any work starts. On one Kelowna attic we took the insulation from R-20 up to R-50 and captured $1,200 in rebates for the homeowner. The rebate report is yours to keep, and we find every dollar you qualify for before we even begin.
Do I need to do the whole building, or can I start with one area?
Depends on the building. The attic and the crawlspace are usually where the biggest losses are, so starting there often makes sense. But if the rest of the building stays batt and poly, foaming one room will not give you the airtightness benefit. The air just finds the next gap. We will tell you straight when a smaller job is the right call. That is the whole point of the assessment.
