Attic top-up. Blown-in R-20 brought up to R-50. $1,200 in rebates captured.
Completed January 2026

You feel it as cold floors and a back room the furnace never quite warms. The cause is down in the crawlspace. The rim joist, where the floor framing sits on the foundation wall, is the biggest air leak in most homes. Cold air pours in there and rises straight up through the floor.
Closed-cell spray foam seals the rim joist and the crawlspace walls in one pass. It stops the air, blocks the moisture coming up off the ground, and gives mice nothing to chew through or nest in. The cold floor goes away because the air path feeding it is gone.
The foam absorbs only 1.6 percent water by volume, so a damp crawlspace stops feeding moisture into the floor above. Most homes we seal see a 25 to 40 percent drop in monthly heating and cooling costs.
Here is what that gap costs while you wait. An under-insulated crawlspace lets 25 to 40 percent of your heating and cooling escape. If your bill runs $200 a month, that is $50 to $80 leaking out under the floor every month. The rebates make it worse. Most homeowners qualify for about $1,200 on this work and never claim it. That money is there every year until the programs close, and it does not roll over. Then there is the mold. A crawlspace with damp ground air and cold framing gives mold the exact conditions it needs to grow. Remediation typically costs $3,000 to $10,000 in BC. Sealing and insulating the space removes the conditions that cause it.
The attic and the crawlspace are the two biggest heat-loss points in any home. Do both in one visit and you seal the house from top to bottom.
Each service earns about $1,200 in rebates.
Do two and a multi-service bonus rebate stacks on top.
The free building assessment finds both problems in one visit.
Most homeowners qualify for both and never knew it.
The average stacked rebate when both are done is $5,500.
The same crew, the same foam, the same standard on every one.

We come out, measure everything, and check your rebate eligibility. You keep a written checklist either way.
Before we leave, you have the number. The price we hand you is the price on the invoice. No surprises.
We do the job right and we never hold up another trade.
We will tell you straight when spray foam is not the right call. A single room of foam in a batt and poly house will not give you the airtightness benefit. The air just finds the next gap. When a smaller job makes more sense we will say so. That is the whole point of the free building assessment.
We come out, measure everything, check your rebate eligibility, and give you a firm price before we leave.
